Sociocast Technology
Our Technology collects information about the website(s) that you visit and the advertisements that you see while online. The information is collected when Sociocast or one of our Business Partners purchase online advertisements on a website that you visit; and/or when one of our Business Partners places one of our web beacons on its website, which you visit.
We use the information collected by our Technology in order to help make our business partners Advertisements you see more relevant to you. We also use the information collected for ad delivery and reporting purposes.
The information we collect and how we collect it:
Sociocast Technology
Our technology and services are designed to limit our use of consumer data to anonymous, non-personal information. We DO NOT collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when you interact with Sociocast Ad or one of our business partners, as described above.
We only collect non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) from you when you interact with Sociocast or one of our business partners. For example, when you visit a web page on a Business Partners website, our server logs may collect your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time you visited that web page, and the web search that landed you on that web page. Also, when you visit a Publisher Site, we will place a cookie onto your computer or other device. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s web browser while you are viewing a website.
You are in Control of our use of your Non-PII:
If you don’t want Sociocast, or our business partners to deliver advertisements based your Non-PII, you can opt-out by clicking the Opt Out button on this page (the button is also located on the bottom right of every page on the website.) You will need to Opt-Out for each browser you use and have cookies enabled.

Data Sharing:
When you encounter a web site that shares information about your activity with Sociocast, we share the information collected by our Technology in order to help make our business partners advertisements that you see more relevant to you. We also use the information collected for ad delivery and reporting purposes.
There are other limited circumstances in which we may share data. We may provide access to the non-personal information we collect to service providers who are assisting us with storage, analysis, or other services.
Data Retention:
We retain the anonymous user data we collect for up to twelve (12) months from the date of its collection.
Children
We do not knowingly collect or maintain PII from individuals who are under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site or Services are designed to attract people under the age of 13.
International Users
The Sociocast Site and Services are hosted in the United States. We make every effort to not collect data from International users, but may unknowingly do so. If you access the Sociocast Site or Services from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Site or Services, you are transferring your non-PII to the United States and you consent to that transfer. Additionally, you understand that your PII may be processed in countries (including the United States) where laws regarding processing PII may be less stringent than in your country.
Changes:
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we change the policy, we’ll notify you by posting the new policy here and changing the date at the top.
